Moore, Sevigny, Goldberg, and Tomei would be at the top of my list for this decade.

But I despise Jolie's repugnant performance. Very shallow, and false. But you know my ranting on this topic so Ill spare you.

I know your thoughts, but she's my second favorite of the 90's, right behind Moore.

I love her performance too. Completely true to how the character was written in the book.

Is the book good? Do you think the movie did justice to it apart from Jolie's character?

I'd say it's pretty good. The movie has those pointless flashbacks featuring Ryder, and those weren't in the book, just referred too.

I thought that the movie was good, but made worth watching by Jolie. I thought she and Ryder worked well together, but Ryder performance overall was just okay. And I keep asking this but you never answer. But what did you think of Mcdormand in Almost Famous?

She's fine, but again, I don't love it, or even like it.

Well, at least you didn't hate it! Who is your favorite Supporting Actress performance from the 90's?

Mine might be Julianne Moore in Boogie Nights or Dianne Wiest in Bullets.

Do you know who was the runnerup the year Jolie won? I think it was Sevigny, since she had won several critics awards. Who's your favorite Best Actress performance from the 90's?

I would assume it was Chloe.

Heather Matterazo in Welcome To The Dollhouse :)

Dollhouse really is an underrated gem!

I saw the beginning of it, but I didn't finish it.
