I aspect Dunaway, and Spacek, are in contention, although I believe you might go with Ullman. I have seen Dunaway and Shire, and I would pick Dunaway between those two.
I think it has some good things in it, like Peter Finch's part, but it is overrated a bit. I think it goes too over the top with some aspects, especially with the communists.
I'm rooting for Faye, but Liv and Sissy are also fantastic! I didn't watch Cousin, Cousine, but it seems the kind of film that divides Oscar fans. Talia is bleh... like everything in her movie.
This is a really exciting year for me! We'll see how Liv goes tomorrow! I'm looking forward to seeing Rocky too-just to see if it's bad as everyone thinks......

I'm rooting for Spacek, but I think you know who I will not be rooting for Dunaway (wa wa waaaa...).
I have only seen those two performances so Spacek may not be my solid pick, but I think you might pick Faye... *sigh* - Just kiddin'...kinda.

Louis: I'd say that Spacek, Ullman, and Dunaway all have a good chance. And I really liked Network. It's been two years since I've seen it though.
